Evonik strives for continuous improvement of its customer service. In order to better meet your quality needs, Evonik has implemented a new quality management tool as part of its SAP system in Germany.

The Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is generated automatically and is valid without signature. There is a separate CoA for each lot. The CoAs embrace:

• material
• designation and material number
• batch number
• customer order number
• Evonik Degussa GmbH order number
• shipment
• ship quantity
• ship date (ex Hanau/Wolfgang)
• print date
• analytical data, as they were agreed upon
