Aerolyst®
Aerolyst® is Evonik’s trademark for formed fumed metal oxides for use as catalyst supports or catalysts. The Aerolyst® 3000 series is based on Evonik’s AEROSIL®, a fumed silica with very high purity whereas part of the Aerolyst® 7700 series is based on fumed titania. Aerolyst® products have advantages such as a narrow pore size distribution without micro-pores, a high pore volume, and excellent strength and attrition properties.
