Tekucel™

Finding commercially available alumina that can be economically used in fluidized bed reactors can be a challenge. Evonik’s line of Tekucel™ products, joins performance and economics while allowing the customer to tailor the final specifications.

Tekucel™ is a > 99.5% pure gamma phase alumina microsphere used in oxychlorination, propane dehydrogenation and other markets. Catalysts are loaded onto Tekucel™ and then used in fluidized bed reactors.

Applications include: Evonik’s line of alumina microspheres for fluidized bed catalyst applications.

How to store and handle: At a low cost and with good availability, Tekucel™ can be stored in ambient conditions in its sealed packaging.
